1-1 Executive / Life Coaching
We offer a personalised coaching package, based upon client needs and desired outcomes. This is formalised through a signed agreement that is evaluated and assessed at the end of the agreed coaching period. Included in the initial package is a Life Languages™ Profile, workbook and webinar as well as 2 profile unpacking sessions. We see coaching as an investment, not a cost. Workshop/Webinar (Corporate or Personal)
Once you have your Kendall Life Languages Profile™ (KLLP™) in front of you, the next step is to attend a workshop or online webinar. We do bespoke workshops of varying lengths from 1 hr ‘taster’ sessions through to day long workshops that include activities and participant interaction. We also offer workshops specifically aimed at corporate team building and communication skills. 1-1 Life Languages™ Coaching Sessions
For clients who have completed the seminar/workshop, we strongly suggest a minimum of 3 coaching sessions with one of our team who will work with the client to fully understand their personal KLLP™ and how their profile potentially impacts their relationships. Our aim is to equip the client to be able to go back to their profile whenever they need, to identify areas of potential conflict as well as recognise the predictable distressed behaviours and how to mitigate their impact on the relationships around them. 1-1 coaching is available on a per hour basis or as part of a coaching package priced separately. Couples Unpack
If you are in a relationship with a significant other, we offer a 3 hour long ‘Couples Unpack’ that replaces the regular 3 coaching sessions offered to individuals. As we unpack one profile in front of the partner, there are many ‘aha’ moments as the lights of understanding come on, leading to greater intimacy and connection, Each of us is wired so differently and faulty communication is the leading cause of divorce and relationship breakdown. We offer a number of different options to meet your specific requirements. As a taster, so that you can experience the accuracy of the tool, why not take a complementary mini profile that reveals your primary communication style. That can be upgraded at any time to the Youth Profile (aimed at 11-18 year olds) Personal Profile or the full monty Professional Profile.
Each of these profiles reveals your 7 Life Languages in their descending order as well as a number of other key indicators as to how these ‘Languages’ relate including needs, filters, passion and key character strength.
