11. Mastermind programmes and Zoom recordings
If you join one of our live group programmes or masterminds, we may collect and process your name, email address, payment information, application details, Zoom display name, image, voice, chat messages, spoken contributions, community participation and email communications.

Live sessions may be recorded and shared privately with the programme cohort for replay purposes. Recordings may include participant names, images, voices and contributions.

Recordings are stored securely using Google Drive or another suitable platform and are deleted 3 months after the programme ends, unless we are legally required to retain them for longer or need to retain limited information for safeguarding, dispute-resolution or legal reasons.

We do not use participant names, images, voices, testimonials, quotes or identifiable contributions for marketing without separate permission.

We process this information to deliver the programme, manage access, provide support, maintain group safety, comply with legal obligations and, where applicable, send marketing communications with consent.

Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

How long do you keep my information?

Do you work with clients outside the UK?

Yes. Some service providers store data internationally.
