What do we do?
Every situation is different and our clients diverse and so we assess the need and put together a bespoke package that works with the client to achieve the desired result. We are experienced coaches and consultants with expertise in many aspects of life from corporate teams and organisations, self employment, to marriage and parenting, In every situation, almost without exception, communication is key. Faulty communication, or miscommunication is the leading cause of management failure and the biggest cause of marriage breakdown. At Genivo, we use a number of different tools including Communication IQ™, to bring a culture shift to relationships at every level. We work with clients to help bring an understanding of the 7 different and distinct communication styles identified through their Communication IQ Profile™. Once the client has an understanding of their internal world, it becomes much easier to navigate that rocky terrain of life and interpersonal relationships. We work with you by bringing clarity to the communication process.
How do we do it?
Every client begins with completing the Communication IQ™ profile questionnaire. The profile is an extremely accurate profiling tool that takes about 30 minutes to complete. On completion, the client receives an in-depth report that identifies their communication preferences.
We encourage corporate clients to attend a workshop/webinar. This explains the inner workings of each communication language. Personal clients work with us on a 1-1 basis utilising a number of tools at our disposal.
Coaching in communication skills. Following the Foundations Workshop/Webinar, we offer 1-1 coaching sessions to equip the client with the tools to understand how their KLLP™ works and how to utilise it for personal development. We also offer couples coaching to bring understanding and connection as well as additional corporate team workshops to reduce miscommunication within the workplace. Thank you for your sessions on the Communication IQ course. My husband and I both attended.
